  • The IC operates from the nearest accident site.
  • Take charge of the scene of emergency as IC.
  • If shutdown requires – activate the on-site emergency plan.
  • Search for trapped persons or causalities.
  • Evacuate the non-essential persons and direct them to assembly point.
  • Preserve evidences to find the cause of fire.

Incident Controller

The incident controller operates from the nearest accident site. They take charge of the scene of emergency. If shutdown requires they activate the on-site emergency plan. Team search for trapped persons or causalities and evacuate the non essential persons and help them to assembly point. They preserve evidences which would be necessary for subsequent investigation to find out immediate and underlying causes of the emergency and for concluding preventive measures.
