Roles and Responsibilities
The hierarchy within the organisation is shown on the screen. Now we will discuss about the responsibilities at each level.
Managing director and directors are the main heads of all departments. They directly take charge of site controller or division manager. The emergency support & technical team
consists of division manager, executive officers of various departments.
The incident controller directly reports to site controller. During the event of fir, facilities team, maintenance team, medical team, fire & rescue team and security team reports to incident controller.
