Procedure and fire safety programme against fire policy, strategic objectives, legal and other requirements are monitored and measured and results are reported.

 

Plan, Do, Check and Act

All aspects of Fire Safety Management are continuously improved , the recommended PLAN-DO-CHECK –ACT Deming cycle is recommended method to improve the processes and its outcomes.

In the plan step, procedures are made , In the Do step procedures are implemented and followed. Under the check step these implementation are monitored and measured. In the Act step, actions to improve fire safety management and its procedures are taken. This is a continuous process of improvement till perfection is reached in the implemented safety system.

Besides management’s and safety team’s efforts all staff members should contribute and provide suggestions to improve the safety management system.

Achieving the goals of Managements policy of zero accidents and no damage to property, is a team efforts. Your contributions in improving safety will always be appreciated by the management.
