Emergency Plan

Emergency plan is displaced in all work areas to guide the staff on actions to be taken in case of an emergency.

This plan defines the fire alarms and how to raise an alarm, procedures to alert the fire brigade and evacuation methods and assembly areas in case of an emergency.

The emergency plan may also includes instructions to fight fire in its initial stages and also state how to assist the fire brigade for fighting large fires.

The evacuation plan differs from shop to shop, all employees should know the locations of exits, how to recognize and the assembly areas specific to their work area.
