Training Objectives
According to Industry statistics there were approximately 1200 deaths due to industrial fires. Direct or Immediate cause of these incidents were human error, uncontrolled situations and, in few cases, an act of god. However the root causes were lack of proper safety management, unawareness of fire prevention plan and its implementation and lack of training.
This training thus addresses the need of safety management awareness and by the end of this training module, you will be able to:
- Define fire safety management.
- Identify MSIL's fire safety policy and roles & responsibilities of individuals for managing fire safety.
- Understand what is a fire safety program.
- Identify fire safety procedures and arrangements
- Describe fire emergency plan
- and identify your role in promoting and implementation of the safety processes.
